From an idea, to Autocad, to cnc plasma table and finally a lil bending on a vise.
Made several of these brackets to hold some gas cylinders on my weld skid project.

Well, here it is everyone...the newest addition to the Double D Custom Welding arsenal.
Lincoln Vantage 500 with the Perkins 4 cyl diesel engine.
This puppy puts iut 12,000 watts continuous 1 phase and 20,000 continuous 3 phase power.
And can weld at 525 amps!!
Something BIG happened tonight for my Welding business!!
Send up a prayer or 2 dozen that everything works on this new to me piece of major equipment I will be picking up Saturday morning!!

Modified my Vulcan weld cart to hold all of my welders and keep the cables properly organized and out of the way. Also the harbor freight glove holders are perfect for holding my tig pedals and cords.
