I’ve held many titles in my 30 years, studio owner I saw coming… but inspiration… that one is the scariest one yet. For those who have shared that with me this weekend and before.. I hope to continue to inspire those around to me to achieve more. To want more for themselves and to go after it.

One of my favorite things to do when my head gets real… murky and I feel vulnerable and small, is to invert and open.

Take up space and remember my thoughts don’t define me but my feelings do matter.

Inviting a different perspective and opening up to new worlds and possibilities, physically and mentally, are a few benefits I get from inverting and opening.

My aim will be bridging the gap on accessible wellness services brought to urban communities. I will focus on bringing people together for wellness events for a life of longevity, health, and connection.

Working with lululemon will provide me a strong community to lean on for support, event socialization, products, and telling my story.

It feels like a fantasy because I never dreamed this would be in reach for me in this lifetime.
