We got lychee green tea with crystal pearls & milk foam + passion fruit & lime green tea. Saiyachi had some of the best sushi I’ve had in KC! They have fresh lobster and more options of fish to choose from - if you’re looking for a new experience than your usually sushi spot, I highly recommend checking this place out. // 📍KCMO

Abelardo’s is everything I dreamed about - a Mexican restaurant open late night and serves super sized tacos 😂 (but seriously these tacos are massive…) Everything was delicious! Happy Friday jr.! Tried Einstein Bros Bagels for the first time and was surprised how many options they had. Not a bagel breakfast sammie person but it was good. Pictured - Santa Fe egg white and farmhouse.

Guys. The next best thing to make it to Kansas City is slow rise 🤩🤤 These are sourdough donuts filled with creamy goodness. They’re light, fluffy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. I swear January is always the longest month of the year. Feels like it’s the 12th of January already 😂 I’m so tired, I could use a latte flight from Cafe Corazon 😍 It’s a beautiful Latin coffee shop that comes with all the flavors the cultures have to offer. 🚨BEST CRONUT IN KC🚨 Have you seen a more beautiful thing? A cronut is a cross between a croissant and a donut. The flakiness of the croissant and the sweetness from the glaze makes for a perfect treat. Make sure to go early cause these sell out quick! (Shoutout to our friend, Kevin for driving all the way up north to get these for us!)

Um did you guys know Joy Wok was under construction for a while at a new location and it’s now open - it’s bigger and better than ever! 🤩 Hibachi, pho, sushi on top of your usual buffet foods 😋 It’s so spacious my party of 8 was seated right away on a Saturday 😱

There’s a new burger joint at ! Cosmo burgers serve smash burgers and crispy tater tots 😋 The smash burgers have a homemade burger sauce that makes them standout from others. Def will be back.

Lunch at Martin City Brewing - the club and strawberry salad 🤤

There’s a new dessert place in town! - I love the interior’s green earthy vibes. They sell Bingsu - also known as Korean shaved ice that comes with delicious toppings. We got the matcha red bean and it was pretty good.

Best shaved ice in town - we had to go try the new ube flavor. It never disappoints!

If you need a new brunch place to try with your family this weekend, I highly recommend checking out Urban Egg in OP. I loved the interior design and the unique menu. I can say I’ve never tried an open face tamale inspired Benedict or a Bloody Mary grilled cheese 😋 plus they have a bar, so why not! Last Wichita post for now - but my favorite go to spot for lunch (especially when you’re feeling Asian food but indecisive) is Hibachi Boy. My cousins opened the one at central and hillside so huge congrats to them! Def recommend checking out on your next lunch break. We got the beef pad Thai, beef hibachi, and my brother surprised us with a special sushi roll (not on the menu) 🥲 // 📍Several locations around ICT

Back in my hometown (Wichita) for the holidays and there are so many new places to try! 😭🥲 First stop had to be Mochinut of course. Loved everything about it - the chewy donuts and the boba in a can! I can’t wait to come back and try the Korean corn dogs.

Kim’s Noodle @ Harry & Greenwich! What better way to cure your holiday hangover and enjoy football Sunday than having a bowl of pho at Kim’s Noodle? First of its kind in Wichita - a sports bar pho shop! Pictured - bun bo hue (weekend special), spicy wontons, and pho.

Reminder to take a mental health day from work once in a while. I took mine yesterday and went to Summer Moon Coffee to study. Had the best iced matcha moon latte 🤤 (it’s a little sweeter FYI). Usually when I order this drink, it has too much milk or matcha but theirs was 👌🏼 Cute shop with decent amount of seating inside and out. //📍Overland Park, KS

I went to the Emo Night tour last weekend and heard there was going to be an ice cream pop up. Naturally, ice cream over drinks right? 😂😜 Let me just say, this was the best vegan ice cream I’ve ever had. It was so creamy compared to other vegan ice creams I’ve had. Seriously one of the cutest markets I’ve been to. If you’re looking for a cute lunch/brunch spot - this is it. Cute outdoor and indoor seating! Inside there is wine, cheese, bakery, charcuterie board to go - you name it. Ratatouille crepe was my favorite! They don’t sell your typical wraps - theirs include flavors from kung pao chicken to spicy turkey and everything in between. Trust me, just check out their menu.
