This includes prenatal screenings and exams, support with social care needs, a free diaper program, mental health support, birth planning, breastfeeding and lactation support, among many other services – all free to those covered through Medicaid or those who are uninsured. The Maternal and Infant Health (MaIH) Center, located at 721 S. Business Highway 13 in Lexington, is open and waiting for you. Services include prenatal exams, with the help of a midwife, birth planning and doula support, and case management to help with things like utilities, transportation, Medicaid enrollment, and much more. You’ll also receive free diapers - monthly – through a partnership with Happy Bottoms. All services are free to those who qualify.
