Have you ever fallen off the fitness wagon?
Well full transparency, I have countless times! I fell off over the last week and a half! Between school ending, final soccer games, vacation, urgent care visit for Corbin and doctors appts for my mom, I fell off HARD!
Life happens and we have to roll with it! The greatest part about falling down is we can get back up! It’s the get up that counts! I have gotten up more times than I can count and I know I’ll have more get ups in the future! (WE ALL WILL)
I say all of this to remind everyone, those I train and those that follow me, I am a transparent traininer! I don’t fake that I eat perfect all the time, I don’t lie about all these insane workouts I do or say I spend a ridiculous amount of time meal preping or in my gym!
I am human and have a million responsibilities, plus people counting on me, just like we all do! You don’t need to be perfect all the time, you can fall down and you can struggle!!!! Health, fitness and nutrition ISN’T a quick thing and you have to give yourself grace! Because you will fall down and you will hit road blocks! All that matters is the get up!

Consistency is what I have preached for👏🏽ev👏🏽er!
You have to stay consistent in working out, you have to stay consistent is eating right and you have to stay consistent in drinking enough water!
I said you have to stay consistent, NOT PERFECT!
When I started this journey I set my mind of being strong and healthy! I don’t want to be buff or ripped, I don’t want to bulk up and I never had intentions on only eating chicken and broccoli!
We are all going to have bad days, where we don’t eat well, we don’t workout or we don’t get in much water and we’re going to struggle with lack of motivation and that’s OK! What matters is the choice you make the next day!
When I look at this paper, I remind myself that it is all apart of the journey and if I stop now, I will lose all the sacrifices I have made to get to where I am now!!!!
This is a journey, not a race or an over night fix!

It’s not about being perfect, it’s not about starving yourself, it’s about being consistant!
I still enjoy the foods I love, I don’t lift weights everyday, I don’t check the scale everyday and most importantly I give myself grace on the bad days!
The trick to all of this is simple, stay consistant! If you have a bad eating day, clean it up the next. If you didn’t get a workout in that day, make it your number one priority the next.
It’s never about how many times you fall down, it’s about how many times you get up! 💪🏽❤️☠️
