📈 According to HBR's latest Local Market Update, the ‘Ewa Plain saw the largest increase in 🏡 single-family home sales, up 55% 🔺 year over year. The area’s median sales price rose 7% 🔺 to $865,000. New listings in the ‘Ewa Plain were up 25% 🔺 and active inventory rose 8% 🔺, ending the month with 95 active SFH listings in the region.

🏙 In the condo/townhome market, closed sales in Kalihi-Palama rose 175% 🔺 YOY as the area’s median condo price was up 10% 🔺 to $380,000. The region saw new listings up 8% and active inventory rose 43% 🔺, ending January with 33 active condo/townhome listings.

🏡 Single-family home sales in the Waipahu area rose 22% from last August with 22 closed sales, while the median sales price dipped 9% to $888,000. There were 22 active listings in Waipahu at the end of the month, down 21%.

🏙 In the North Shore region, condo/townhome sales doubled as the median condo price rose 22% to $860,750. Active inventory was very limited at the end of August, with just 3 active listings compared to 11 a year ago (down 73%).

🏙 In the condo/townhome market, closed sales in the Makaha-Nanakuli region dipped 7% 🔻 and the median condo price fell 8% 🔻 to $226,250. New listings in the area rose 25% 🔺 but active inventory fell 5% 🔻 from a year ago with 38 active listings at the end of July. A bright spot for the region was pending sales, which jumped 92% 🔺 YOY with 25 pending sales.
