File those home exemptions everyone! Also every homeowner living in the property should file too. Check with your ohana and friends that they’ve filed as well. Friends don’t let friends over pay property taxes. Happy Thursday!

2021 was another weird year. The market was on fire for sellers and I am so proud that I got to help several this past year. I love listing homes and think of it like chess. On the flip side of that hot sellers market were my fiercely determined buyer clients. And the market could have crushed them and yet they never gave up. I tell every client I work with…I don’t give up unless you do. And I take it to heart even though we had to keep going back to the drawing board. So to me this award is great but nothing compares to handing the keys over after so many attempts. And so far not a single one of my buyer clients has had to sacrifice their hard earned money in an appraisal clause. That is a statistic I am proud of! Let’s go …tiger 🐯 year!
