Once again the Kennesawe Post Office has refused to pick up my packages. Yesterday at 4:30 p.m., I put in a Package Pickup Request on USPS.com for a pickup today, as I have been instructed to do. As usual, they did not come pickup my packages. This has become a recurring pattern with my regular carrier. This is at least the 8th time in the past 3 months this has happened. It is not an issue with the substitute carrier.
So at 4:00 today, I called the post office and noted that my packages have not been picked up, providing them with my information including the confirmation number for the Package Pickup Request. I was told they would contact the carrier and make sure he knew he had a pickup scheduled for today.
Well, of course, no one came to pick up the packages. BIG SUPRISE.
In addition, I have written the Postmaster on three occasions regarding this issue and of course, I GET TO REPLY. At least I get a reply when I write my Congressmen or Senators.
I'm sure they will want another rate increase for postage soon.
