Things just got REAL! I am thrilled to announce that Fresh Vision Realty is beginning a new chapter with a strategic partnership with Real. This collaboration heralds significant growth for our Residential Division, propelling us toward a brighter future.

Fresh Vision Realty’s Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage Divisions will continue as an independent brokerage, maintaining our commitment to excellence for our clients and investors.

The idea for this partnership first emerged in September 2020. At that time, we were still a burgeoning real estate team, not yet a brokerage, and the timing for such a substantial shift felt wrong. We needed to strengthen our foundational voice and culture before expanding. Hence, I held off, prioritizing our internal readiness over external opportunities. However, as last year unfolded, my desire to expand our reach, reconnect with my peeps, and enhance our support for agents and clients grew stronger. I awaited a clear sign from God. I wanted to make sure it was not me making impulsive decisions because of grief. A few months ago, that sign arrived, unmistakably urging us forward. My pastor started talking about how our church was pivoting, and then REAL announced their pro teams, and I knew it was time for us to join in on the pivot!

So why did I do this? I promised my agents I would always make decisions in their best interest, not mine. Money does not move me but doing right by people always will! We did not NEED to partner with REAL. We were doing great, BUT you can always do better! I believe 'none of us are free until we are all free.' Therefore, I am serious about building a space where everyone can achieve and sustain generational wealth, not just my family. This means I will always make decisions with my Visionaries families in mind as well. Thank you to my Visionaries, who have overwhelmingly supported this decision and trusted me never to be selfish when making decisions for Fresh Vision's future. Your trust, encouragement, and eagerness have been such a blessing to me. When I asked if it was ok and all everyone said was, "Just tell me where to sign," solidified my confidence in moving forward. Your passion and dedication inspire me daily, and I love ya’ll real bad!
