Next up in the PonckHockie Market Vendor Spotlight:

Meet Liz! She is the owner of Broadway Arts Gallery in Midtown Kingston and We Got the Juice Arts.

She is from Kingston, NY with her family dating back five generations so when we were searching for Black Owned Businesses that represent Kingston, Liz was the first person to pop into our heads.

We Got the Juice combines art, a healthy lifestyle, and education to create an experience not easily replicated. They feature local artists in the gallery, giving talented unknown artists in Kingston a place and an opportunity to showcase their work.

So often when we hear "healthy food" we think "boring" and "bland". And when we hear "healthy lifestyle" it can feel overwhelming to achieve and with no clear way of how to start. Liz and her We Got the Juice team slash all of that.

They show that healthy food can be creative, fun, and mouthwateringly delectable. And through their education, they give you steps you can take today to live a healthier lifestyle, not only making it seem achievable but even simpler than we imagined.

But don't just take our word for it; come experience these delicious food and smoothie creations for yourself at our Market on Saturday! If you're looking for a way to eat and drink healthier without sacrificing on flavor, you've found the right place, and you may have just found your new favorite lunch spot. I know we did!
