Thanks to some determined faculty members and a $300,000 National Science Foundation grant, Truman will soon have a fluorescent confocal microscope! The microscope will open research avenues and provide more hands-on opportunities for students.

College Raptor included Truman among schools it identified as one of the “Hidden Gems in the U.S.” The goal of this particular list is to put “a spotlight on amazing schools” that might not be as well known outside of their local area or state.
