This main entrance location will feature a full service bar featuring Clean Smoke BBQ branded beer, open kitchen, live fire 2000 Rotisserie, and live fire grills custom made by M&M BBQ CO. 125 seat capacity inside, outside patio 🍽 This location will showcase what Texas style craft BBQ is all about. Bringing family, friends and community together through the love of REAL Texas Style craft BBQ. We will be a one of a kind concept Brick and Mortar in Knoxville, Tn mixing it up a bit offering not only the finest smoked meats, but also adding filet mignon, prime rib, tomahawks smoked vegetables and so much more, cooked over a real wood live fire. We aspire to provide an elevated upscale experience for everyone, captivating patrons with exposing the craft of few and what it really takes to bring memorable plates to each and every table!
