Yesterday evening the baristas got together to do a tasting of the same coffee (same farm, same producer) but with 3 different processes! It was fun and enlightening!

Fall drink alert #2!! 🍂 The Maple Hojicha Latte (you can see the creator enjoying it on the second pic!)!

Hojicha is roasted green tea, we added a Spiced Maple syrup, in house made and made it into a delicious latte. Less caffeinated than an espresso, ideal for cooler afternoons.

Also pumpkin spice latte and chai are on the fall menu, with the honey fig latte and waiting for a new release tomorrow! Lots of yummy fall flavors!

It's finally cooling down, time to launch our Fall Seasonals!! Starting off with the Fig Honey Latte. Made with in house made syrup and organic honey, this well balanced drink will feel like you're biting into fresh figs, come try it!

And stay tuned for more drops this week, including the return of some fan favorites 😉

It'll be a busy couple of days, with the first Vols home game on Saturday, Labor Day on Monday and our schedule maintenance on Tuesday 😅 But we'll at least be here in the mornings to help you start your day!

This week on pour over you can try the great Brazil single origin from our good friends ! With notes of milk chocolate, a creamy texture and with a sweet aftertaste, this Yellow Bourbon will bring you comfort before the holiday!

This Summer seasonal is a Barista's favorite, making it's return for a second time! The Cascara Fizz has in house made Cascara syrup (coffee fruit husk), sparkling water and a touch of lemon. It's slightly caffeinated and subtly floral - a delightful blend! Come try it before the summer is over!

Another delicious summer seasonal drink, this version of the espresso tonic where zesty peach meets warm and spicy cardamom! Perfect for sipping in a sunny afternoon. Come see us and try this delicious tonic!

This one Leticia got to try at the SCA Expo, brewed by the 2023 Word Brewers Cup finalist (also one of the owners of Um Coffee Co). She thought it was an incredible coffee and she wanted to share with y'all! It has very interesting notes of Jasmine, mandarin and honey.

Limited edition #1 on our pour over! Grown and roasted in Brazil by our friends 4beans coffee roasters! This is a very interesting variety: Yirgachefe, natural fermented and with notes of both floral and fruits, highlighting the sweetness of the tropical fruits.

New Microlot Alert!! This week's light roast single origin on Pour Over is from the farm Samambaia by producer Henrique Dias Cambraia, roasted by Casa Brasil Roasters! He's a pioneer of sustainable coffee production in the region and grew this great Yellow Bourbon with notes of cherry, lemon and chocolate.
