Building a stronger LHP team together. "Reaching New Heights," LHP's leadership conference, brought Regional & Community Property Managers and Asst. Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, Corporate Managers and Compliance staff members together for learning, collaboration, and team building.

Those may be "mocktails" but those smiles are REAL! Residents at Dandridge Tower enjoyed a festive Cinco de Mayo celebration with music, games and good eats. Staff dished out yummy tacos in a bag and blended icy cold mock Margaritas for drinks. La fiesta estuvo muy divertida.

Huge congrats to Dericka Gunter, our Service Coordinator at Beersheba Heights Tower in McMinnville. Standing out among 75 exceptional colleagues, Dericka has been named NHE's Service Coordinator of the Year. Dericka brings sunshine & can-do spirit to Beersheba every day. She's always there to help residents find the programs & services that make their lives better, from picking up groceries to mastering smartphones. We're so lucky to have her!

We love Scouts! And today was a GREAT DAY with the Great Smoky Mountain Council, Boy Scouts Mount Cammerer District. What an amazing awards luncheon we were proud to sponsor. The speakers were truly inspirational and it was wonderful to hear a young scout speak with amazing confidence and joy about his experience in scouting as well as his many ambitions for the future.

Meadowbrook Apartments shines on Spring Break! ☀️ Huge thanks to the amazing Meadowbrook families who came out for our community clean-up effort last week. Even though it was Spring Break, we had a dozen residents volunteer their time to give our neighborhood some springtime sparkle. ✨ Keep Knoxville Beautiful provided all the supplies we needed--kid and adult gloves, grabbers, and bags. We even had a raffle for some fun prizes to show our appreciation to everyone who came out. It was a great day to be a Meadowbrook resident.
