Ephesians Study CHBC Fall Study Updates

Great night at our End of Summer Block Party/Back to School Bash! Our community was blessed with clothing from our Blessing Closet, we handed out hot dogs, snow cones and cotton candy, and we paid for laundry at the laundromat across the street! Thank you to everyone who served and showed the love of Christ to our community as a Church body should! We definitely want to love God and love others in this way!!

Today began our 1st of 3 vision messages for our church! Our mission statement is:

Love God. Love People. Make Disciples.

Come fellowship and enjoy breakfast with our church family this Sunday morning from 8-9 am in the gym!

Join us this Sunday evening! This will be a great opportunity to fellowship together and serve our community! We want to extend an invitation to those that live in the Holston/Burlington communities to join us on the evening of August 4th from 6:00-7:30. We'd love to meet you and get to know how we can serve your family!

Our Blessing Closet will also be open to the public on August 3rd from 9:00-2:00 and August 4th from 6:00-7:30 during our Block Party! They will be looking to meet needs for families needing back to school clothes for this Fall.

Hey CHKids parents! We’re pumped for tonight! It’s our annual water night for our kids in preschool-6th grade. We’ll be hanging on the ball field from 6pm-7:30. Have your kids bring their bathing suits and towels, and feel free to stick around with us if you’d like!

Pastor Josh will finish his final week of the Worship study next week. All other classes will resume then as well.

We honored 5 of our College & 6 of our High School Graduates today! Please be in prayer for them as they go out into this next stage of life! Thank you for loving and pouring into them!

A HUGE thank you to our church family who showed up to help for our Churchwide workday today! We did some spring cleaning, making room for new classrooms as we continue to GROW! We purged and organized, making it easier for us to find things! We set up a new food pantry, consolidated closets, and are ready to go for this next season in the life of our church! We love serving together as a FAMILY!
