Hand Forged Offset Cap Rail System and a Steel and Brass RangeHood for a lovely home in Wind River, Loudon TN.

This railing was a challenge but it came together beautifully. The RangeHood has a living brass finish with blackened clear covering sheet steel.

Believe it or not this is East Tennessee! NO FILTER, NO KIDDING! These are some recent fully custom and core drilled Aluminum rails on Douglas Lake! They turned out great and will soon have a range hood added to the mix. So glad to work in such a beautiful place! Keep up the great work Gents! Finished up this install with and today. The monorail on this one was a W8-58 and the stair treads and risers are 3/8 plate. All rails were 3/16 HRPO.
We did the drawing, dimensioning, finish and Petty and Bull did the burn and fab. We all threw in on the install and Shazam. Quite the dream team crew if I do say so myself. Always a blessing to work with Petty and Bull. Awesome job guys!

Apparently we can’t get enough of roll-bending.

These beauties went in a Chattanooga home recently. We love working with and on their projects and this homeowner was great to work with too. Bo’s kickin’ it.

Installed this mono-rail stair last week to close out the week. We were happy to work with . Beautiful weldout Daniel. We fabricated steel posts into the studded wall with cleats to support the landings, then bolted the tuna salad out of the rest. SOLID.AS.A.ROCK .mx5

Forged steel alternating side and top mounting. Forged round bar with hand-made collars. Black patina with lacquer clear

this modern design has been growing in popularity with some of our clientele. Nice team work on this one. you guys nailed it.

Hand-made, hand-forged gate latches and strap hinges. Rings are forged from 1” round bar and ball is swaged into the center then the ring was wrapped. For the pivots we were designing them to be steel-on-steel, and that will inevitably become a nuisance with seizing due to rust, so we sneaked in some brass sleeves and oilite bronze bushings. ‘At’ll do it!

Been working on a small latch project for custom ring pulls. It’s a great mix of design, CNC plasma cutting, fabrication, and hand-forging. This is one of the forged ring pulls that will be used on the project. 1” round bar forged down then swaged to form the 1” round ball in center. More pictures to come
