"I got a very special last minute request for a gender reveal cake from a daddy that brought in a sealed envelope from GRH.

He was so excited to order a cake for him and his wife to cut into Saturday night.
We happily took the order.
I told him to give me two hours to complete his order, he said to do what i wanted and his wife loved classic Winnie the Pooh.
This gave me a great chance to draw with icing on his cake, which I love doing. On his way out he said they are secretly hoping for a girl!
He was darling.

Here's what I came up with and needless so say I am sure they were thrilled to find pink filling in the layers as they cut into it last night!!! He was so excited to see this cake when he picked it up knowing his wife would love it!
I love opening the secret sealed envelopes and partaking in the smallest way of the joy new parents have in welcoming their new baby, no matter the gender. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BABY GIRL"

Another wedding cake from this weekend located near Starkey, Oregon.

Wedding cake is a two tier gluten free chocolate cake with raspberry cream filling, crumb iced in buttercream then we used a pour method to cover in marbled white chocolate ganach and fresh greenery.
We added 200 cupcakes with this order.

Five tier Quinceanera cake for a very special girl!
This cake is 2 tiers chocolate and 3 tiers French Vanilla, iced in cream cheese butter cream with classically piped decorations. Wrapped in rhinestone border and topped with a gorgeous rhinestone tiera, babies breath and silver butterflies. The inspiration for this cake was the clients gorgeous soft blue Quinceanera dress covered in rhinestones.

"I have been designing cakes for clients from our region for 29 years. I still feel so much love for the art craft I have been so priveledged to make a living doing. We incorporated Le Bebe Cakes Bakery in 2014. This October will be our 10th Anniversary in our commercial bakery & cafe setting.
It's been a hard but worthy road learning as an entrepreneur and a deeply rewarding journey as a artist. I am so blessed to do what I love and I want to thank my customers that show up time after time to support our efforts. Thank you for the honor of serving you for three decades in this valley.
