JBSA NAF Human Resources-Lackland, Randolph, Ft. Sam, & AFSVA

Resources Office (HRO) provides management and administration of the Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) personnel program at JBSA-Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston, and AFSVA Headquarters. The HRO assists applicants seeking employment for various positions in the 802d & 502d Force Support Squadrons, in processes employees, and maintains records for approximately 1,800 NAF employees. The HRO also advises and provides assistance to management in meeting personnel needs and solving personnel problems while insuring programs and actions comply fully with the spirit and intent of laws, regulations, and policies.
