🔥 NEW Rotating Open Mat: Starting September 7th, join us every 1st Saturday for a special open mat—FREE for all gyms! Each session will focus on different weight classes and genders, ensuring something for everyone.

We would like to introduce our new yoga instructor, Cosmos! He has started training Jiu-jitsu with us and is excited to help our team strengthen the mind/body connection through yoga. Cosmos has been practicing yoga for 25 years! His yoga will help you find your center of gravity, alignment, and focus. Please join us on Saturdays downtown at 11:00 am. Members are free and drop-ins are 15 dollars.
