Yes, we know it’s summer, but reading never takes a vacation!
For the Hunger Games fans- a new prequel novel has been announced!!
This new novel covers the games our favorite mentor Haymitch competed in- the 2nd Quarter Quell.
Thank you all for a wonderful school year. The LHS Library and Cafe des Lions are officially closed for the 2023-2024 school year. If you have any books checked out, please begin dropping them off in the library. Chromebook collection for seniors and graduating juniors will begin on May 1st. Collection for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders will begin on May 8th. We can't wait to see you next year for our very last year in the old LHS!

We are INCREDIBLY excited that tomorrow, during both lunches, we will have a few furry friends visiting in the library to close out our Zen Week! These therapy pets are all certified therapy animals and will be at LHS to help students and faculty release a little stress.
As part of our Mental Health Week Zen Zone, here are a few Mental Health Awareness titles that are available in the LHS Library.

The LHS Library is doing a Zen Week to give everyone a little stress relief prior to LEAP testing. The week of April 8th, the library will have stress relief activities. Stop by any time you need to decompress a bit.
Stop by the library to do a super activity! Marvel week ends on Thursday due to Rally, so don’t miss your chance to participate!

To end our DiNovember activities, we were excited to host Mrs. Lowry’s class for a Dino Hunt! Everyone enjoyed excavating Dino eggs at the end of the hunt.
