I am crushed to tell you that I have made the decision to close my store for the time being. I don’t even really know how to put into words what this decision has done to me emotionally. I’m so grateful for all of you that have supported me and been there to shop and chat over the years. Perhaps down the road I can re-open when the timing is better, but this is one of those situations where something on my plate needed to go in order to preserve my financial and mental health. Of course with this being said, we will be running sales on everything in the store until a new tenant is able to occupy the space. Starting today, the entire store will be 40% off. Tonight is our March Girls Gone Local event, where you can also take advantage of an additional 15% off your entire purchase when you arrive with your GGL tote bag. We are excited to see you tonight, and I’m so grateful for beautiful weather for this event today! Again, you all mean the world to me, and letting go of something that I have worked so passionately for is one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make as an adult. Thank you for understanding. Size doesn’t matter 🖤

Loves. I think about this a lot. Every time a customer comes in and says I don’t carry their size because they don’t look past the labels. I get it. I used to hate shopping at boutiques because I never looked past labels either. All I knew was that I was wearing 2X/3X in all my other non-boutique clothes, so of course a large would be way too small, right?

Wrong.

I know what you’re going to say, and let me stop you right there. I started seeing the reality long before I lost any weight. Size doesn’t matter because what matters is FIT.

Does the item fit?
Are you comfortable in it?
Do you love the way it looks on you?

Who the f**k cares what size is on the label, babe. Wear what makes you feel as confident and happy and beautiful as you deserve to feel. You are not defined by labels and sizes. Those things are not your worth. Your clothes should be a reflection of who you are on the inside. Ditch the idea that you’re confined to one size because a) you’re not, and b) literally no one is trying to guess what size you’re wearing when they look at you. And if they are, then those are the people that can just f**k right off. Got it? 🔥
