We are looking for a sales person to join our team.

Most important qualities: high character, humble, people-person, VERY DETAILED, and work well with others.

Full time hours/pay. Pay depending on experience. Starting with a base salary + commission (can compensate more for higher experienced salespeople who come with customers).

If you come with customers, rest assured we have a great culture, processes and support from our in-house team!

Previous experience that is necessary:
Construction background or have been in the industry for at least 1-3 years. Basic understanding of construction process is necessary.

Beneficial (but not necessary):
Previously worked for a builder (or working with one) or previously built new homes yourself. Seen and have done floor plan takeoffs. Relationships with builders/contractors.

People-skills
Outgoing / enjoy getting out in the field
Focus on building relationships
Work in a fast paced environment
Reading floor plans & addendums

Most common type of work we do:
-New construction with residential builders
-Commercial with commercial contractors
-Remodel with builders/contractors
-Homeowner window/door replacements

Training can and will be provided.
