ππ΄ Therapeutic riding can improve a rider's life in so many ways, whether it be physical, emotional or intellectual.
Balance, coordination and muscle tone improve through exercises done while riding. Psychological benefits include increased independence, motivation and self-control. Vocabulary development and sequential learning contribute to cognitive gains, and self-esteem soars as the riders learn to control their horses.
There is nothing like seeing a rider's smiling face as they achieve a goal previously thought to be out of reach. At the heart of Reins of Hope, we truly believe in the healing power of therapeutic riding and the restorative bond between a rider and a horse. π΄π
