4-4:45 pm Funky Fitness Flow
(a practice inspired by Yoga, Tai chi, Qigong, Tibetan Rites, and so much more)

5:15-6:30 pm Sound Bath Session
(surround yourself with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, bells, and more during this mediation. Tip: you can bring pillow, blanket, comfy props for lying down)

“Yoga is the artwork of awareness on the canvas of body, mind, and soul.” 🫶 Engaging Kids Yoga Day Camp with Coach Jenna and 4H Leaders Zoie and Heather last week UF IFAS Extension Columbia County. We had a blast practicing mindfulness and movement all day with children in our community.

Inspiring & Informative Session with Dr Payton McWilliams of on Sunday discussing the topics on diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and incontinence (urine leakage). We learned about ways to strengthen the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, make exercises more efficient, and identified areas that can be improved in our bodies. Stay tuned for future workshops and special events in Studio to boost your health and wellness journeys.
