In the aftermath of this enormous tragedy that has been forced upon our community I wanted to express my personal, family and firm’s condolences to those who have to now live in the absence of their loved ones. Those who can never again hold, kiss, look at or talk to their own family and dear heart felt friends.

It seems as society has grown more technology savvy, more complicated, more crowded and more competitive certain individuals having perhaps been left behind and left to struggle with their pain decide to create enormous pain for others by taking away things that they can not put back. This is tragic, I think of myself as a very forgiving person. But, here my forgiving heart has not appearance to make. This is too close to home. Perhaps God can forgive but not I.

With that said, I feel that we have to do a better job at identifying, monitoring and treating individuals with mental and emotional disturbances before they use modern weapons or even weaponize inanimate objects like cars, buses or whatever else they can get a hold of to hurt us. As a society we need to develop and commit better resources for mental health counseling, financial aid the development of life support groups for people that are outcasts, who are easy to ignore and isolate, people that can become dangerous if left alone, we must take away their hurt as society before their hurt takes away a parts of us.
