Melanie Erdmann
West and Main Homes

Melanie has been fortunate enough to call Lakewood her home for the past 19 years and has raised her beautiful family on the west side of town. After graduating from college at the University of Kansas in 1995, Melanie felt the mountains calling, so she packed her belongings and moved to Colorado, where she met her husband shortly after moving here. Having explored various areas across the state, she and her husband were captivated by the charm and beauty of the Lakewood area and made the decision to establish their home and raise their family here. They were drawn to the stunning views, convenient location, plentiful parks, great schools and numerous amenities. It is no mystery as to why Jefferson County is one of the most sought-after places to live in the state. Melanie is working on my fifth year as a Real Estate Broker with West and Main Homes, which was started in Lakewood in 2017 and has since grown to 9 Colorado locations and 4 different states with over 300 brokers. The Denver Post acclaimed it as โ€œThe Top Workplaces 2023." One of her favorite aspects of being a real estate agent is meeting new people and building lifelong connections. She has a strong passion for helping people and being a resource. Additionally, Melanie has worked as a part-time fitness instructor for the City of Lakewood for the past 12 years. This position gives her the opportunity to connect with the community and I thoroughly enjoy being a community leader and ambassador.
