Welp, We finally decided to try out the pig roaster Wister's acquired before we opened. A 145 lb. pig seemed about right.

So come on down and give our product a try. This will come 1 of 2 ways:

Piggie Plate - generous portion of pig, piece of corn bread, honey butter and choice of side. 12

Piggie Sammie - like our small sammies, on a potato roll. 7

MMMMM pickled eggs!

Hello out there all you wonderful people! Had a quick question to ask all of you. Would anyone like to have stuffing as an option for a side? Leave a yes or no in the comments and if popular enough we can make that happen!
!

Bacon shreddy Deviled eggs. We started by taking smoked and hardboiled eggs and combining them to make the mix. It then gets piped into the whites and topped with shreddy and house cured and smoked bacon. Get them while they are cold!

Triple S BLT!
Wow this one packs a PUNCH! It all starts with our SMOKEY house made and cured bacon. Placed on top of crisp butter lettuce and sliced tomato. Held together by toasted sourdough bread. For the final step we lather it in our SWEET and Spicy hot honey wing sauce and a sprinkle of black pepper. ( Comes with Mayo )

A hand made teriyaki beef eggroll ( 2 times the size of a regular one) set alongside
6 of our saucy chicklets tossed in teriyaki BBQ glaze and garnished with sesame seeds n scallions.. ya know for color.. That sits on top of some fries that are tossed with salt and sesame, all in a convenient paper box.

Nachos n Beer cheese
Fresh fried corn tortilla chips kissed with cheese and jalapenos. comes with side of beer cheese for dipping or dumping that choice is up to you!

Chicken Jalapeno popper quesadilla!
smoked pulled chicken stuffed in a tortilla with house made jalapeno popper filling. Toasted on the griddle and served to you!

Neapolitan Cheesecake
Light and rich, this is a sweet little gem. Cheese cake with a layer of flavored sugar wafer. All on top of a nilla wafer crust. Get it while it is here!

We took some beef and spices formed that into a loaf. Then smoked it with our bbq dry rub. To finish it gets seared on the flattop and drizzled with enriched bbq. Comes with house made bbq spice chips and pickles

BBQ Patty Melt
Toasted Texas toast, smeared with in house made burger sauce. Swiss cheese and a smoked burger patty. This is then topped with deep fried onion petals for a bit of crunch.

A salivating sight of Texas toast grilled with 3 cheeses . ( Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and White Cheddar)
We then add a scoop of our baked mac n cheese. This comes with a side of Salt-n-Vinegar double fried house made chips to offset the richness.

Garlic pork sando!
Its a pork but smoked overnight with garlic and herbs. Placed on a toasted baguette that is smeared with whipped garlic spread. Topped with a smoked confit of tomatoes, garlic and lemon.

What else can i say? Made with granny smith apples, a bit of love, and some time in the oven. This cake satisfies your sweet tooth. Splashed with a sweet glaze this cake is NUTZ! No; really it contains pecans! Limited Supplies get it while its here!

Old Bay wings!!!
Jumbo wings Dry Brined in Old Bay overnight then smoked... Deep fried to G.B.D. and served over a side of fries. All of this is decked-out with a Citrus Aioli to round out the flightless Flappers!

We took Turkey breast and cured it in our bacon Rub. It's then smoked and grilled to a slight crisp. Put in a wrap with Butter lettuce and sliced tomato. With a drizzle of Dijon Aioli
