All of our gift certificates have an expiration date of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, regardless of what Gloss Genius currently has on our website.

When I reached out to them regarding this discrepancy/issue and how to adjust it, this is what I was told told by Gloss Genius:

“It's challenging, especially when there's a discrepancy between what's communicated and what's reflected in the system. While we currently don't have a way to set expiration dates for gift cards within Gloss Genius, it's crucial to continue communicating your policies directly with your clients, as you've been doing. Your transparency and clarity are vital in managing expectations and avoiding misunderstandings. Rest assured that your feedback has been heard, and our team is actively working on implementing changes to address this issue”.

Therefore, to be as clear and transparent as possible, our gift cards expire ONE YEAR from the purchase date. This has always been our policy and will continue to be.

Friendly Reminder:
100% no show/cancellation fee if not within 24 hours of the appointment. If not cancelled 24 hours in advance, the credit card on file shall be charged for the full amount.

✍🏼Late policy:
Clients who show up 5 or more minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be charged a 100% no-show fee and their appointment will cancelled. No exceptions. Periods (unless you’re unable to use tampons) and construction are NOT valid reasons.

These policies must be agreed to when booking the appointment. Checking the box you agree is required to secure your appointment. Please read carefully before scheduling. Thank you 🩷

When you arrive late it affects your appointment, in addition to everyone else’s as well. All policies will still be enforced. If you don’t feel that you’ll have enough time we can move future appointments 15 minutes later. Hang on for the awful roads ahead…the construction is here until 2025. I will be moving! It’s an exciting next step, but my commute to work will be a little longer. Due to this, my schedule will be changing. Beginning Jan 1st, my new schedule will be as follows:
Monday 1:00-7:00
Tuesday (Every other) 10:00-1:00
Wednesday- Off
Thursday 1-7
Friday - Off
Saturday- (Every other) 10:00-2:00

Pre-Booked appointments will stay at the date and time they are scheduled for.
