Can you believe it that the first picture is her before?! I love love love when a balayage l/highlight grows out so beautifully! I haven’t colored her hair since January of 2022. That’s the beauty of low maintenance hair color. It will last so long and look good the whole time!

This beauty is one of my favorites. Good hair. Good conversation, what more can you ask for?!

I was finally able to try out the infamous braided balayage. And i gotta say, i do love it! It really helps take the guess work out of adding dimension and simplifying the process. I think this turned out soooo beautiful.

I am really digging all of these very lived in blondes coming in! Something that will wear nicely into the summer and be super low maintenance as the sun naturally lightens you!

This is kind of a loaded post, so bear with me!

As I’m approaching year 5 of being in my own suite I am really struggling with finding inspiration being on my own. Are there any other stylists/suite owners feeling this way or have gotten yourself out of the rut? I would love some advice and or guidance!

Also, I’m feeling very behind and stuck in my education. It’s hard to find classes that aren’t just the basics and feeling like I’m wasting time/and or money! (Or are a million dollars) If you’re a stylist/salon owner and you have some recommendations or experience with certain classes/educators i would absolutely appreciate the info!!

And to my clients, if you’ve stuck with me this far (😉) what would you like to see or experience at Refined Beauty? Is there anything you dislike? I love honesty! You guys are my main priority and I always want to ensure your experience is the best! I appreciate you all with my whole heart and i couldn’t do it without you!

I’m a huge fan of low maintenance color that will look good as long as possible. Not only will it save you time in the salon, it will help maintain the health of your hair!

Once again, I’ve taken a hiatus from posting on here. This has been the year of prioritizing mental health, and I’m finally feeling like myself!

Loving this fall blonde. We did a little more of a “sandy” toner this time around and we loved the way it turned out.
