New Class offerings starting in May!!!

Rooted Sol will be kicking off classes at Six Oaks Wellness Apothecary in Largo!!

An introductory class will be held on Thursday May 11th from 6pm - 730pm.

This class will explore an introduction to yoga in a setting designed for beginner students who are curious about yoga or for those who have stepped away from their practice and are seeking a gentle approach in reconnecting the mind and body 🧘‍♀️
