Just a heads up concerning doing some clearing of energies.

We have all been feeling it. Energies have been going bonkers between catastrophes, election, solar flares, etc. not to mention whatever is going on in your personal life.

Try to include “reiki or Healing Touch therapy in your routine. Exercise, ground yourself in nature. Meditation with deep breathing. Aromatherapy, eat healthy.

Let go of what is out of your control. Do something that brings you joy and peace.
All this will help bring up your energy. Sending. Green healing light to you from Archangel Raphael.

My stepdaughter never liked me, and she hadn't spoken to me in months — maybe even a year. Then, out of nowhere, she calls, sounding all upbeat, asking to meet at a fancy restaurant. I thought maybe she was ready to try to rebuild our relationship. That's all I ever wanted, so of course, I said yes.

We meet up, and she's there, looking happy but also a bit nervous. Right away, she's ordering the most expensive things on the menu — lobster, steak, you name it. But what bothered me was that she didn't really want to talk. I'd ask a question, and she'd give short answers, barely looking at me. She kept glancing at her phone and over my shoulder like she was waiting for something.

Then, the bill arrives. Before I could hand over my card to pay, she whispered something to the waiter and then mumbled she had to go to the washroom. She slipped away, leaving me sitting there with a huge check.

I paid the bill, feeling crushed, like I'd been used. I walked out, but then I heard a SOUND behind me. ⬇️

This I have found to be very true. People that live in old paradigms tend to get angry if you mention a new way of thinking for them. They are uncomfortable in creating a new way of thinking that has potential to add joy and light to their life. They like the drama where they are. All about choices. We have the free will to make good or bad choices.

I went to a shelter to get a dog and I saw this brindle laying on the hard ground. I made eye contact with him and he got up and he brought a tennis ball over. I asked to see him and I was told he was returned two times because he was too wild and cried all the time. When he was brought back to his cage he cried. It broke my heart. I told the man I wanted him. He told me I'd be sorry. When we got home I worked with him and changed things so he'd be comfortable. He has bad separation anxiety. Everything worked out. He's my pal. We play catch with tennis balls daily. His name is Popeye. 🤗❤
