Naxos Taverna is thrilled to announce its participation in this year’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week, in partnership with Three Square, Southern Nevada’s largest hunger-relief organization.

This will be the 16th year for Restaurant Week in Las Vegas & we are honored to participate for a second year.

From June 3rd to June 14th, guests at Naxos Taverna can indulge in a specially curated menu showcasing the vibrant flavors of Greek cuisine while supporting a noble cause. By dining with us during Restaurant Week, patrons will not only enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience but also contribute to the fight against hunger in our community. A portion of the proceeds from each meal will be donated directly to Three Square, helping to provide nutritious meals to those in need.

Starting this Friday at 11AM, will revamp its menu to deliver Summerlin locals the beloved favorites from Station Casinos’ original Oyster Bar at .

Guests can expect signature seafood dishes prepared before their eyes including all the staples from freshly shucked oysters, homemade chowders, soul-warming gumbo, pan roasts, and seafood pastas.

Serving the area’s freshest seafood in the action of Red Rock’s new restaurant row, it’s no wonder why locals continually vote Station Casinos’ oyster bar the Best of Las Vegas many times over.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Chef Mark Andelbradt, whose passion for food and culinary innovation brought joy to our lives.

Chef Mark was an integral part of our opening team for Naxos Taverna and Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino. As we mourn the loss of extraordinary talent, let us celebrate the legacy Chef Mark leaves behind.
