When we first opened inside the Showcase Mall Food Court, the odds were stacked against us, surrounded by all of these other well-known, popular restaurants with years under their belt. Nobody knew who we were and asked, “What’s a Rock N Potato!?” We simply put our heads down and focused on our great food while providing exceptional customer service. ✨

The team was doing things that may be considered foreign in a food court, like bringing customers their food, performing table touches and checking in on our customers, getting to know them, remaking customers’ meals if they weren’t satisfied, or even refunding customers entirely if they still weren’t. We made it all work with one stove, one grill, one fryer, and two ovens in a very tiny kitchen. We stayed true to ourselves, kept it pushing, and just a year later, we managed to become number one in the food court, and people would come to the food court just for our food. 💪🏼

Now, two years later, we’re still here, thriving, and people are coming from all over to try our food. - “Life’s Greatest Hits Are Often Written In Moments of Adversity.”
