Last time was here, let’s just say people lost their wig. 🙃 We’re thrilled to have them back along with for two nights this time around! We have a few remaining seats for Wednesday night(8/14) with Tuesday(8/13) pretty much sold out(but please feel free to call and check back in case of any cancellations if Tuesday is the night you want). Looking forward to another set of beautiful nights full of great wine and even better company!

Noodles are universal. 🌎 It was only a matter of time that dishes like the Mushroom Mafaldine, finished with a black trumpet broth and shaved miso, came about. This is what some would describe as “borderless cuisine.” For Chef Oscar, combining influences is a big part of what makes cooking fun. ☺️ If you’re looking to add some culinary fun to your evening, a dining experience at Anima could do the trick.🥂

This dish in particular has its own little following. So much so that it has turned into an EDO Hospitality classic alongside dishes like the Green Tartare and Bikini. Well deserving of a place at your table next time you’re with us. 😊

Our next wine dinner will feature a beautiful selection of wines, including a few from their flagship ‘Patrimony’ Collection. 😍 This one will fill up quick, so we were very fortunate to be given the opportunity to host this heavyweight producer for two amazing nights on July 9th and 10th! June is Verdejo month, bringing awareness to the beautiful white wine that is Verdejo just in time for the warm summer months where this particular varietal shines bright! ✨ In fact, the second Friday of every June is World Verdejo Day! Although Verdejo is grown in many areas of the world, it is mainly grown in the region of Rueda, so we’ll be offering 1/2 off any bottle of wine from the D.O. of Rueda in celebration! 🎉 😊 Join us as we share the brilliance of this wine with Las Vegas and hopefully the rest of the world all month long! 🥂
