Everyone talks about amazing European or Californian olive oil, but southern hemisphere oils should not be slept on! These olives were harvested and pressed just a few months ago. This is guaranteed to be the freshest EVOO available in the world. Currently we are carrying a beautiful Coratina from Peru, but will definitely be getting a few more from this season.

We are closed on Thursday, but we’ll be open on Wednesday during normal store hours, 10:30-6:30, for all your holiday needs!

Happy Earth Day! Did you know we have a bottle refill program? Don’t toss your empty bottles! When you finish the bottle, remove the label and seal, clean them in your dish washer, and bring them back for a refill of whatever you want and save $.

The last few bottles of our Arbequina from Chile! We’re making room for the new southern hemisphere harvest, which should be coming in soon, get excited! Always bringing in the freshest olive oil to Las Vegas.

Latest addition to the pantry section! Legumes are an absolute must for a healthy balanced Mediterranean diet, and we have some delicious organic options. A good source of protein, fiber and iron, supplement your rice, quinoa, or salad with lentils for a little nutrition boost.

We’ve cut back on some markets lately, and we will be covering these 3 for the time being. Our Summerlin tasting room is open 5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30am-6:30pm for all of your other needs.

A high phenol Kalamata from Greece is now available in store! This one has a polyphenol concentration of 718 ppm, with oleocanthal making up 445 ppm of that. If you’re concerned with the intensity, try pairing it with a white balsamic vinegar (2nd picture)
