I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

Women and Men are out here struggling to just stay above water every second of every day, fighting their own battles 💔💪🏼

There are women and men out here going through divorces, memory loss, abuse, major depression, financial trouble, family trouble, relationship trouble, health issues, work issues, deaths, and mental illness... and they are supposed to constantly check in on YOU in order to be your friend?

My friendship doesn't have requirements.
My friendship doesn’t have contingencies.
My friendship doesn’t have obligations.
You don’t have to call every day. It doesn't have guidelines or quotas. As long as it's organic, unforced, and NON-TOXIC, you will forever have my love and support. 💕
