When pre-planning emergency response activities for a recent air show, Missouri firefighters found that FirstNet was the only communications network that could meet the demand for cell phone data.

“While other networks were suffering to keep up, and were keeping people off the network, FirstNet was able to handle all of the communications in and out of the event,” says Fire Chief Michael Koopman, noting that FirstNet is the only network that provides priority and pre-emption for first responders.
