AMOUNT RAISED FROM YOUR 2023-2024 PTSO BOARD

This year we wanted to share with all of you how much we raised throughout this year. We enhanced some prizes to help students feel rewarded when they won a contest through pizza parties, prizes, gift baskets etc. We were able to give back more to the teachers and staff this year with snack carts, we had community FREE movie nights for all students where where we were able to partner up with some of our clubs that allowed them to fundraise. And one of the best moments was decorating for the end of year ceremonies with all those balloons and a nice new personalized backdrop! Best moment because we heard the students walking in saying “wow” and “this is so beautiful!” Helping to make moments for all our kids that are memorable makes it all worth it!! These are just a few of the highlights.

Below is a complete breakdown of how we used this money to help the school and students with:

1. $19,500 went to Fundraising cost and prizes for students.
2. $18,500 went to event expenses
3. $8,500 was spent on Staff Appreciation
4. $5,000 in student/school program
5. $1,500 spent on operating cost.
6. $6,000 earmarked for the 2024-2025 school year teacher/classroom educational enhancements/needs/rewards.
7. $4,000 earmarked for the 2024-2025 school year for reward prizes and incentives to motivate students in participation and achievement programs.

After subtracting the above we still have $11,000 in profit and $7,000 in Scholastic Dollars that will be donated back to our school. This was all possible through your support!! Thank you to all our Saddle Parents!! It’s been a pleasure! We hope you all have an amazing summer!

On Monday, May 6, we will embark on a week-long celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week, a week that recognizes the unwavering commitment and dedication of our teachers. We have arranged a lineup of events and activities to make our teachers feel appreciated, and we welcome you and your children to participate and show our teachers how much they mean to us!

The Parent-Teacher-Student Organization (PTSO) is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our board. Do you have a passion for enhancing our school’s events and overall experience for our children? This is your chance to make a tangible difference! We need your unique perspective, enthusiasm, and innovative ideas to help us continue to provide the best possible environment for our students. Please consider applying for a board position by May 3rd.

Food and snacks will be available for purchase, along with glow and spiritwear merchandise. Dress up, dance, play, and make memories....
