Besides the obvious tactile addition, the linen texture adds ridges that reduce surface contact between cards, making them easier to shuffle, deal and handle. Big up and thanks for the nod Mojaxx! I won't speak on the product. You've done an extraordinary job of that already as usual. Instead I'll speak on the man and his brand. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Ryan. With the advent of MasterSounds Ryan filled a gap In a very niche corner of our DJ culture. Ryan saw the need. to bring high fidelity back into the DJ lexicon. And he did it with purpose & poise in a part of the DJ scene that can be relentlessly critical and unforgiving.

With the manufacturing help of his great friend Andy at Union Audio a viable business model was realized. Subsequently, it appears that with this announcement the evolution of Union Audio into a front-facing brand perfectly aligns with Ryan’s continued vision for Mastersounds. Ryan and Andy's dedication to ensuring their products remained distinct underscores the strength and clarity of their brands, business models, and friendship. Through MasterSounds, Ryan brought exceptional build quality, high fidelity, value, and customer service to DJs WORLDWIDE.. While he and the team at MasterSounds weren't the first to introduce these qualities to our community Ryan's passion for music, turntables, mixers, deejaying and the DJ community on full display set him apart.

He made it possible to enjoy a beautifully hand-crafted boutique rotary mixer and/or elevated Technics 1210 without the long wait times often associated with other manufacturers of mixers and turntables on par with Mastersounds' offerings. . Ryan moved the needle (not into the red😎) educated, inspired and served the DJ scene with some extraordinary kit. I am the proud owner of some of his finest bespoke examples.
