Well this is almost 38. 38 years of trying to be strong and confident but torn down so many times along the way, by others and probably mostly myself. It’s hard not to listen to the haters and internalize all that. I wish I didn’t care what people thought, I wish I thought higher of myself. I’ve had to face a few obstacles along my path and I feel they helped shape me into who I am and I’m trying so hard to be proud of that person. I’m telling you, how a person may look doesn’t tell you their whole story! There’s always so much more then meets the eye! Trying to practice self love and allow myself to be proud of who I’ve become.
