Chef Kaoru AZEUCHI, a renowned master Kaiseki Chef from Japan, has the honor of bringing traditional “Kaiseki Ryori” to Las Vegas after 16 years’ experience in Japan, including cross-training in French haute cuisine, serving Japan's Emperor Akihito, and becoming head chef at Tofu Kaiseki after winning the Tokushima Culinary Contest at 35. Here in Las Vegas, Kaiseki Yuzu was named Best Asian Restaurant, 2017 by Desert Companion magazine.
