Ladies, we’ve trained for this. Our nerves of steel and ability to be calm in the midst of danger have been carefully forged through years of public school service. Today, you arrived. You hung in there literally and figuratively and showed that hammock who’s boss. Thank you so much for allowing me to share this beautiful practice with you. I hope to see you soon, at aerial!😉❤️🧘‍♀️

This week’s schedule!!

We will have class tonight (1/22) if it doesn’t freeze.

We are canceling the morning class today due to the roads conditions. Be safe and stay warm🙏

Join us for an amazing week of yoga! 🧘

Take note of our schedule changes this week. Our Monday and Wednesday morning classes will start at 9:30. Additionally, we have a special Aerial class this week that we are thrilled to offer! Please note that the Aerial class requires a reservation and costs $18 per person.

Don't let the cold weather get you down – our warm and hot yoga classes are sure to warm you up and leave you feeling refreshed! Our regular classes are $10 per person, and we can't wait to see you there. 🩷❄️

Come and learn something new and exciting this new year. Aerial yoga is both fun and challenging. But, don’t be intimidated you can make it as challenging as you want it to be and the best part is that you don’t have to be experienced to join this class.

We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! In observance of the holiday season, classes will not be held this week as we spend time with loved ones. We will be back in session come the new year. While 2023 was a great year, 2024 is going to be even better, and we have lots of new and exciting plans in store for you!
