Did somebody say shoulders? Planks work more than just our core. Checkout this BOSU rotating plank with tap outs. Start with however many seconds you can complete and build up to three sets at 30-45 seconds each. Works full body and yes, those shoulders!

Look at this bounty! (And that crazy looking tomato) ๐ Luckily for us, my sister and brother-in-law can grow a small garden. Iโll share with them some basil - one thing I CAN grow. ๐ฟ This week: Caprese salad, gazpacho and cucumber ๐ฅ tomato salad.
Purslane! You may have it growing in your flower beds or between your pavers ๐ This weed-looking plant is actually quite tasty and can be used in fresh salads, stir fry or sautรฉed like spinach. I put ours in salad, ๐ฅ and we seem to have plenty of it. ๐ ๐ฑ
My dinner date the other evening at Billie's Grocery. She had the gluten free chicken fingers, while I enjoyed this tasty, spicy tuna bowl. ๐
Hip Lift Pullovers are a regular in our workout routine. They can be done almost anywhere- the floor, ball, BOSU or with suspension training. Try 3 sets of 15-20.
Love chopped salads and this one uses Riced Hearts of Palm (Trader Joeโs) for a โrice-likeโ feel. We added our favorite chopped veggies, spinach and a vinegar/oil dressing. This brand is just hearts of palm, that has been riced. Itโs gluten free, vegan, and kosher, too.

Making Spring Rolls! They may seem daunting at first, but once you learn the โrollโ itโs easy, doesnโt have to be perfect, and you can add all sorts of veggies. We did ๐ค ๐ฅ ๐ถ๏ธ ๐ฅ red cabbage and ๐ฟ cilantro with peanut sauce, ๐ฅ siracha too!
