We are Rooted, Restful and Rising, freshly returned and nourished from our 2024 silent . All week long we were enjoyed a rainbow of colors in fall foliage, sunrises and sunsets, delicious vegan meals from Mattie's Foods, and a diversity of and based teachings from Dr. Sydney Spears and Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness supporting teachers. This video offers some highlights mindfulness-alliance.org
Friday marked the conclusion of our Rooted, Restful and Rising five day and cultivation at Heartland Retreat Center in Parkville, MO. It's hard to capture in words what emerges when people come together in community to support one another in this way. This medicine is deep, expansive and much needed in our world. May the benefits reverberate π πͺΆ β¬οΈ

We made a trip this weekend out to Heartland Retreat Center. In addition to the cloudless blue sky, the changing leaves, and the sounds of the birds and the fall breeze, we may have captured some supernatural images in the cemetery - see what you think β¨ https://mindfulness-alliance.org/annual-retreat/
