In the last 7 days even with the brutal cold and snow here in Kansas City we still saw just under 400 homes enter the market and nearly 600 homes put under contract! And we’re seeing there are more people getting back into the market.
A first time homebuyer client of mine was able to find a home that had been on the market for 34 days and we got it put unser contract with the seller paying for over $7,000 dolllars of their closing costs! There is plenty of opportunity in the market if you’re planning to make a move.
