A tight bra band around the body, constricts the diaphragm which can upset the nervous system and reduce respiration and oxygenation.
A tight shoulder band can adversely affect lymph pathways.
Consider wearing your bra as little as possible.
Take it off when you get home and then do breast massage daily.
Choose not to wear a bra to bed.
