Bluegrass Trust has moved to the Hunt-Morgan house!! Had a great chat with Jackson, the community outreach manager and got a tour of their new office space. Such a great spot in the heart of LEX.

This historic home in the Ashland district of Lexington, KY’s new addition is getting coffered ceilings WOW. Check out the process so far and keep your eye out for this amazing ceiling to be finished. Stay tuned 😍😍. What do you think!???

Hardy board has gone up and it’s looking so good. Hardy is a fiber cement siding option composed of cement, sand and cellulose fibers. It is durable and long-lasting with classic aesthetics and is resistant to environmental factors. Oh and it’s also paintable!!!

Lots of planning and concrete demoing went into this addition and screened in porch project for this historic home all in preparation for footers!!

This is a kitchen remodel we did a few months back and it was a delight for the sweetest family ❤️❤️.
We used the pre-existing cabinets sanded and painted them, built a custom hood and banquette, took out half a wall to open room up, added new quartz countertops, tile backsplash, pendants and can lights. What do you think about the before and after pictures??

Rachael is the proud Mother of two boys and has been in the contracting industry for over 10 years. Her passion for home remodeling started at a young age. Every time her father’s job was relocated, her family would remodel their home and get ready for sale. Rachael has quite literally been overseeing the remodeling process her entire life. •••
•••Rachael has traveled the world extensively, and has gained vast knowledge from those travels, which in turn has prepared her well for the construction industry, and her new role at Fullard Construction. ••••
•••Earlier in Rachael’s career she started leasing rental properties which turned into property management, and then grew into her true passion of home renovations. Her attention to detail and eye for historical design makes her a great asset to Fullard Construction.•••
