It's with great pleasure of the Board of Directors of Build Inclusion, Inc. to officially announce the agency’s new Executive Diretor, Rachael Lanter, MSW, CSW (she/her/hers). Rachael started working at Build Inclusion as a practicum student in January 2020 before becoming a part-time employee shortly after her internship ended. Since becoming a full-time employee in May 2021, Rachael has served in a variety of roles such as Practicum Student Supervisor, Mental Health Services program director, and the IPS Program Supervisor. Rachael has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky. She is a Certified Social Worker through the state of Kentucky and is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. When she's not at work, you can find Rachael reading, doing DIY projects around her house, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs.

What I love about this work: "Since I've always been a goal-oriented person, I find it very fulfilling to help others accomplish their goals and find meaningful work. It's such an honor to be part of someone's journey in self-discovery and self-determination as their work toward achieving their dreams."
