The Officers and Stewards enforce the National Agreement and multiple Local Memorandums of Understanding.

Branch 361 of the National Association of Letter Carriers represents the active and retired Letter Carriers of Central Kentucky. The Officers and Stewards enforce the National Agreement and multiple Local Memorandums of Understanding in five stations in Lexington and in thirteen Post Offices in the Bluegrass area. We organize our membership to lobby Congress on Postal and Federal Retiree issues. W
