Kaitlyn Travis is a Kentucky board certified massage therapist. She earned her license through Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2021. Her therapy emphasis focuses on sports medicine and rehabilitation massage. Kaitlyn’s background is in personal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine where she first came to favor sports such as bodybuilding and powerlifting.

Kaitlyn rode for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and International Pro Rodeo Association before entering the massage industry. These interests combine her passion for rodeo and massage. Kaitlyn still provides sports medicine massage therapy behind the chutes and to all athletes regardless of their events.
Kaitlyn earned her certification in Cupping Massage Therapy in the fall of 2023 and now incorporates it into much of her modality.

Her massage technique holds a foundation emphasizing on the body’s mechanics of movement, client-specified goals, and exercises for many competitive sports. Her philosophy is to comprehensively understand each individual body and assist clients in reaching their greatest physical potential.

Outside of massage and wellness, Kaitlyn enjoys equine activities, rodeo, and quality time spent with her daughter. Hunting and hiking are other frequent outdoor recreational enjoyments you may find Kaitlyn doing beyond her professional passions.
